Earn $40 for Every New Member You Refer!
Help us grow the Utah Real Estate Investors Association community and get rewarded. Refer friends or colleagues, and for each person who signs up for any annual membership, you'll receive $40 as a token of our appreciation.
How It Works
1. Invite a Friend with a Guest Pass
- Send a Guest Pass:
- Visit any of our Event Pages.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Send a Guest Pass" button.
- Fill out your friend's information, and they'll receive a guest pass to attend their first event for free.
2. Your Friend Attends an Event
- First Event Free:
- Your friend uses the guest pass to join us at their first Utah REIA event at no cost.
- Acknowledge Referral:
- When they check in at the event, they'll be prompted to indicate who referred them—make sure they mention your name!
3. They Become a Member
- Explore Membership:
- After experiencing the value of our events, your friend can choose to sign up for any of our annual memberships.
- You Receive $40:
- Once they sign up for an annual membership, you'll receive $40 as a thank-you for your referral.

Direct Sign-Up by Your Friend
- Guest Pass Registration:
- Your friend can visit any event page on our website and sign up for a guest pass to attend their first event for free.
- During the sign-up process, they'll have the option to add the name of the person who referred them—remind them to include your name!
Event Walk-Ins
- Attend an Event Directly:
- Your friend can simply show up at an event.
- Referral Acknowledgment:
- At check-in, they'll be asked if someone referred them. If they mention your name, you'll be credited for the referral.

Q: Who can participate in the referral program?
A: All current Utah REIA members are eligible to refer new members and earn rewards.
Q: How and when will I receive my $40 reward?
A: Rewards are processed after the referred individual signs up for an annual membership. We will contact you to arrange the payout, which can be received via check or applied as a credit toward your membership or event fees.
Q: Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
A: No, you can refer as many people as you'd like. You'll receive $40 for each person who becomes an annual member through your referral.
Q: What if my friend forgets to mention my name when signing up or checking in?
A: To ensure you receive credit, please remind your friend to include your name during the guest pass sign-up or at event check-in.

- Eligibility: Referrer must be a current Utah REIA member.
- Qualified Referrals: Only new members who sign up for an annual membership qualify.
