Heidi McNulty is a widow mother of 3 boys with a 13 million dollar rental portfolio. She has started and still owns several companies. She had a successful exit in April of 2022 when she sold one of her companies for 7 figures. She still owns a large real estate portfolio and flips 12-20 homes per year, as well as other business investments. 

She is starting a few new companies including a genealogy app called Lumakin as well as an investment fund through her company Investor Lifestyle.  In May 2022, she was requested to be on a new series as a business mentor for the contestants of America's Real Deal. 

She got married when she was 20 and was married for 15 years until July 27,2022 when her husband committed suicide. She has done amazing to find herself and heal through the grief and remain a beacon of light and laughter for so many.

2022 was a tough year for many, including Heidi. If there is one thing 2022 taught her, it was the importance of adapting. The key to success is resourcefulness and believing you can figure out how with the right people on your bus. She is happily engaged and moving forward in life with strength, courage, and a healthy mindset and looks  forward to helping others do the same.
