Government Advocacy...

The Utah Real Estate Investment Association (Utah REIA) encourages its members to become knowledgeable about issues impacting their businesses and the real estate market, and to support initiatives that promote and ensure a healthy and sustainable real estate market.

Utah REIA is dedicated to keeping members informed about new and proposed laws in Utah while fighting to protect the rights of real estate investors. Because policies at the federal, state and municipality level change so often, Utah REIA will keep members up to date on relevant changes through the website, social media pages, newsletter publications, and e-mail notifications.

Members of Utah REIA are also members of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA) and therefore have access to the National REIA Legislative Action Center, a gateway to work with elected officials.  To find out what action is requested from National REIA in order to protect the interests of real estate investors, visit:  https://nationalreia.org/action-center/.

Here you’ll find a list of specific bills, updates on bill language, and links to testimony and voting records.
