LIMITATIONS

1. There is very little customization to the documents. Other than your allocations to beneficiaries, there are no customizations. We will let you know if your request exceeds our limitations.

2. You will fill out this online intake and we will provide the documents to you in PDF format for review via email. If you have any questions, you may schedule one (1) follow up phone call to answer your questions. There is no other consult with an attorney. 

3. You will then print your documents and will need to execute them in front of a notary with your witnesses in attendance. Signing is not included in the discounted fee for the estate plan. If you want to schedule a time to come in to our office to sign, an additional Signing Fee will be assessed and you will need to bring in your witnesses.

4. The documents include 1) the Family Living Trust, 2) Wills, 3) Powers of Attorney, 4) Living Will (Health Care Directive), 5) HIPPA release, and 6) Burial instructions only.

5. Typical additional documents would include a Warranty Deed to fund your residence into the trust and Transfer on Death Agreements to connect your LLCs to the trust. These are add-on services that you can choose below.
