Biannual Workshops and the Annual Expo are additional opportunities for investors to learn, network, and succeed.
Entrance to these events may be purchased at a discounted price with a Individual or Family Membership.
Entrance to these events is included with any Platinum or Vendor Membership. Tickets are not transferrable.
Biannual Workshops are full-day special events dedicated to a specific topic in real estate investing. They are held in the spring (April/May) and in the fall (October/November) and are generally held on a Saturday.
This fall, we had the Biannual Workshop, "Short-Term Rentals from A to Z" on Saturday, October 29th. More than 120 real estate investors attended this event to enjoy presentations from 15 local experts.

The Annual Expo & Tradeshow is a full-day event surrounding a specific topic in real estate investing featuring a variety of speakers. In addition, this event also features a Vendor Area for attendees to learn about products and services that will further investors in their real estate goals.
The 2022 Annual Expo & Tradeshow was held Wednesday, September 14th. The Keynote, "Mr. Landlord" (Jeffrey Taylor), addressed us on how to "Increase Your Odds for Greater Cash Flow" in this changing world we live in. In addition attendees had the opportunity to learn from such local investors as Tate Siemer, Mike Burns, Tim Watcke, Clay Rockwood, Paul Winterowd, Steve Ruf, & Jeff Breglio.
