Tyler Kohler is the Owner/Manager of Infinite Homes, LLC where he is responsible for strategy and capital deployment for Multi Family projects through syndication. In only 16 months, their portfolio grew to 136 multifamily units (five separate properties), and 119 storage units (single location). All 6 projects were syndicated and put together w/ investors’ money, over $6M raised. 

Tyler specializes in realizing new projects in high demand markets. As of today they have projects in multiple states and looking to expand in 2019. The vast majority of the company’s projects consist of value-add multifamily, highest & best use, and storage facilities. The main objective for his portfolio is finding properties that fit median income budgets that are under managed or underperforming. As the population grows there will be a greater demand for middle income housing. Infinite Homes and partners are on pace to reach their goal of 2,000 units by 2022.
