Joshua started Irvine Legal with the desire to help businesses navigate the complexities and
legalities of the business and tax world.
Utah Business Magazine awarded him Forty under 40 in 2018, not as an attorney, but to recognize his work as an entrepreneur of a new business model for law firms. This model throws the hourly billing in the trash and balances being a partner and advisor with his clients.
Joshua provides services including: legal, tax, bookkeeping, business coaching, and more. Primarily Joshua and his team serve contractors, real estate investors, and physician groups.
Constantly reading and learning, he often shows insights and advice with his clients to help take the guesswork and stress out of running and growing their business. Some call Joshua the Law Man, others call him the Tax Man, but either way, he loves to help you grow your business, protect what you build, keep more of your money, and plan for when/how to exit your business.
Joshua has won awards and recognitions from business associations and legal colleagues - even being called a ‘legal wizard’ - for his expertise in the field, but is far from the stereotypical, stuffy lawyer you see in the media, choosing instead a more relaxed and collaborative approach to helping clients find practical solutions to their legal and tax needs. Not just a legal wizard, Joshua is also a professor at a local college, entrepreneur, and family man.
Joshua has four, active boys who accompany him on many thrilling adventures in the great outdoors. As a hiking aficionado, Joshua is always ready to tackle the next big mountain, ready to take the challenge head on.
